These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hypurrparty.com ("the Site") and your participation in The Hypurr Party event and associated giveaways, operated by Rip Strategies ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the event, you agree to these Terms.
Event Overview
The Hypurr Party is a free live online event hosted on April 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM MDT. The event includes community giveaways and a product reveal. Registration is free and open to the public, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
Eligibility
To register for The Hypurr Party and participate in giveaways, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You must provide a valid first name and email address at the time of registration. Employees, officers, and directors of Rip Strategies and their immediate family members are not eligible to win giveaway prizes.
Registration
Registration is completed by submitting your first name and email address through the form on this Site. No purchase is necessary to register or to be eligible for giveaways. Registration is limited to one entry per person. Duplicate registrations using different email addresses may result in disqualification. By registering, you consent to receive email communications related to the event and our community as described in our Privacy Policy.
Giveaway Rules
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
How to enter: Register for The Hypurr Party by submitting the registration form on this Site before the event begins on April 20, 2026. Each valid registration constitutes one entry.
Giveaway timing: During the live event, giveaways will occur approximately every 5 minutes. One grand prize giveaway will occur at the conclusion of the event.
Winner selection: Winners will be selected at random from the pool of registered attendees who are present during the live event at the time of each giveaway drawing. You must be actively attending the live event to be eligible to win. Attendance will be verified at the time of drawing.
Grand prize: The grand prize consists of one (1) Hypurr digital collectible, transferred to the winner at no cost. The specifics of the transfer will be coordinated directly with the winner after the event.
Notification: Winners will be announced live during the event and contacted via the email address provided at registration. Winners may be required to respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in an alternate winner being selected.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other financial obligations associated with receiving a prize. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding any tax implications.
Prize substitution: We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rip Strategies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rip Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, participation in the event, or receipt of any giveaway prize. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, which in the case of this free event is zero.
Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the event will proceed as scheduled and reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified via email.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or participation in the event constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
